The House and Senate introduced the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, which would require citizenship documentation to register to vote even though voters in every state are already required to affirm or verify their citizenship status when registering. The House has already passed it. But we can still stop it from passing in the Senate!

Suncoast Jewish Alliance and the Florida
The Suncoast Jewish Alliance, with funding from Florida Humanities, is offering two public “Florida Talks” events. Uzi Baram, Professor Emeritus, New College of Florida, will lead a program and discussion on Israel and Florida: Past and Present on Monday, January 27, 2025.
Marcia Zerivitz, Founding Executive Director, Jewish Museum of Florida–Florida International University, will lead a presentation and discussion about Jews in Florida: Centuries of Stories on Monday, February 17, 2025
